Job Description:

The Process Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading the creation and execution of process enhancements aligned with industry best practices. This position reports directly to the Director of Process Excellence and involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights and industry benchmarks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve them
  • Design and deploy process maps illustrating step-by-step processes
  • Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in process management, preferably in BPO operations

  • Knowledge of business process management concepts and software applications such as MS Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
