Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Retail Excellence Specialist to enhance our in-store brand presence and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will focus on in-store activations, visual merchandising, and employee training to drive customer engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Activation

  • Develop an annual brand activity plan, creating in-store activities, pop-up events, and roadshows based on festivals, mall events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate the production of materials needed for activities (backdrops, posters, etc.) and collaborate with the Leasing and Support Specialist.
  • Follow up on event setup, on-site display arrangements, and execution checks to ensure brand exposure and compliance with mall standards.
  • Conduct event performance analysis (foot traffic, trial conversion, sales data) and write reports to provide a basis for future optimizations.

2. Visual Merchandising

  • Develop and optimize store layouts (including product placement, window displays, color coordination, etc.) based on brand guidelines.
  • Regularly inspect stores to ensure implementation of display standards and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Coordinate with mall renovation and window display replacement processes to ensure displays meet mall standards and brand style.
  • Collect and analyze competitors' display strategies and provide innovative optimization suggestions.

3. Training

  • Develop and organize new employee training plans and regular on-the-job training programs, covering:

  • Core product selling points (ingredients, advantages, usage methods).

  • Customer communication and service scripts, cashier processes, and techniques for handling customer objections.
  • Follow up on training effectiveness evaluations (knowledge tests, service ratings, conversion rate comparisons) and report regularly to management on employee skill improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or brand offline operations.
  • Experience in event planning and execution, visual merchandising, or employee training, with expertise in at least one of these areas.
  • Ability to adapt to high-intensity store visits and event schedules (including working on holidays).
  • Aesthetic sensitivity, understanding of display logic, and retail consumer insight abilities.
