About the RoleThe ideal candidate will lead process assessments, identify gaps, and develop recommendations for improvement in processes and controls based on thorough evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze processes to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive reports documenting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Prior experience with Top External Audit Firms is highly desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
