Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice processing to payment verification and reconciliation.

  • Processing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verifying vendor information and communicating with vendors as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.

They will also be proficient in using accounting software and have a good command of English.

Key Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
