
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, possess excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
This job operates in a professional office setting.
The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
