About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and directing Customer Service Representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role involves taking ownership of customer interactions and working closely with team members to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage Customer Service Representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and employee engagement
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service setting, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role
