Job Description:

As a full-time, dedicated, and passionate Customer Implementation Specialist, you will be a core member of our customer success team and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead New Client Onboarding for Mid/Large-Sized Clients During the First 60 to 90 Days
  • Define and Maintain the Implementation Program for Small to Medium Clients
  • Own the End-to-End Implementation Process for Assigned Accounts
  • Set Accurate Expectations with Clients and Internal Stakeholders
  • Communicate Progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Participate in Cross-Functional Groups to Improve Communications, Tools, and Products

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of customer-facing implementation experience, preferably managing larger, more complex implementations. You should also have experience with US payroll, either in an implementation role or in-house payroll management. Additionally, basic spreadsheet/database skills with the ability to learn quickly are essential.
