Workday Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Workday consultant to join our team. As a certified Workday Time and Absence expert, you will play a key role in delivering successful deployments and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Workday solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and test configurations
  • Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge to drive team success
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client adoption and satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
