As a Technical Support Specialist, you will engage with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints regarding products and services.
You will collaborate with various teams to handle customer needs and provide excellent service promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities- Compose thoughtful responses to customer requests.
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues.
- Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
- Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets.
- Perform problem-solving tasks and ensure that issues are properly documented and resolved.
- Proactively monitor dashboards and platforms and reach out to customers who need extra support.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Technical Support is required.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to learn about networks and IT technology.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications is crucial.
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind is vital.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters is necessary.
