- Fundamental knowledge of web hosting concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).
- Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English (C1 or native), written and spoken.
- Advanced understanding of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms.
