This is a career opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to deliver exceptional customer support as a Technical Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries and offer personalized support to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real-time
- Open and monitor tickets, escalating internally as needed
- Understand customer context to offer relevant and strategic support
- Offer guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with support from experts
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading
- 4+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with best practices for conversion rate optimization
- Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business
This is a full-time, remote position with an 8 hour per day, 5 days a week schedule.
