About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. They will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborating and managing the team to perform.

  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Service Level Management.
  • Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

This role requires minimum 5 years of experience in Service Level Management. The position is based in Manila.
