Sales Administrator

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to the success of the sales team.

This role involves engaging with customers to gather their product needs, converting customer requirements into accurate quotes, collaborating with vendors and distributors for pricing and deal registration, discussing quotes with customers and securing their approval, coordinating as necessary with internal team members, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their product needs
  • Convert customer requirements into accurate quotes
  • Collaborate with vendors and distributors for pricing and deal registration
  • Discuss quotes with customers and secure their approval
  • Coordinate as necessary with internal team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role
  • Experience in a technology-related field or MSP industry is a plus
