Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaue for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales initiatives, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional tasks include providing training to the sales team and overseeing sales management activities to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide Training and support to sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
