We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our team at NORTHRIDGE - BAGUIO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Clerical Tasks: Assist with filing, encoding, and promoting school programs and scholarships.
- Office Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
