Medical Scheduler Position Overview

This is a medical scheduler role that involves coordinating appointments and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Managing patient records and updating information as necessary
  • Communicating with patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience as a medical scheduler or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
Work Environment

This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from home.

Work Schedule

The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
