Drive Business Growth as a Channel Excellence Leader
- Promote channel strategies to propel business objectives and foster successful partnerships.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute channel management frameworks, deploy channel strategies, enhance existing channels, formulate new channel opportunities, and drive performance reviews.
Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Management:
- Develop and implement channel management frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Deploy channel strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Enhance utilization of existing channels and simplify processes where possible.
New Channel Development:
- Formulate strategies for identifying, developing, and managing new channels.
- Leverage synergy within allocated territories to optimize channel performance.
Performance Reviews:
- Execute operating mechanisms for performance reviews with channel partners and sales teams.
- Co-ordinate and participate in business reviews/forecasts to ensure constant flow of information between channels and GE.
Evaluation and Improvement:
- Evaluate channel partner efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement digitization efforts to improve efficiency and system utilization.
