Job Description:

  • Customer Activation & Expansion
    : Engage with customers in their own language, build trust, identify product/technology needs, and create opportunities. Communicate the technical value of company products (Feitian OS, core solutions, AI/Intelligent Computing, etc.), highlight differentiation vs. competitors, and position company as the best partner. Drive adoption and sustained usage through effective resource coordination and problem resolution.
  • Partner Planning & Recruitment
    : Identify and recruit high-quality growth partners, and develop BP/expansion plans.
  • Partner Enablement & Growth
    : Support localization, customer development, and provide systematic enablement (policies, products/solutions, certifications, etc.) to enhance partners' sales and service capabilities.
  • Partner Operations & Incentives
    : Manage opportunities through partners, provide support and conflict resolution, participate in incentive policies, and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Risk Management
    : Manage compliance, quality control, and integrity issues to ensure secure and sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in cloud computing or related channel/distribution roles
  • Successful B2B/B2G sales track record
  • Strong project management experience
  • Understanding of core company products and ability to address customer/partner questions
  • Ability to independently drive channel partnerships, resolve disputes, and deliver results
  • Resourceful in leading projects and solving complex issues
