The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the IT channel sector, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English and one other local language.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
This role involves recruiting and onboarding new channel partners, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with senior management to develop channel strategies aligned with business goals.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the IT channel space.
- Conflict Resolution: Address channel conflicts professionally to maintain positive relationships.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product and service improvements.
