National Trade Channel Manager Role
","h3>Job OverviewWe seek a seasoned National Trade Channel Manager to oversee our trade channel operations, driving sales growth and delivering business objectives.
","ul>Develop and implement overall channel strategies to achieve sales targets.","li>Design and execute trade marketing initiatives to boost channel sales.","li>Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions on partner selection and management.","li>Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.","li>Oversee the end-to-end management of distributors in offline and online channels to meet primary sales and sales-to-trade objectives.","li>Ensure timely payment collection and effective management of account receivables.","li>Manage gross-to-net spend and reconcile distributor promo claims in a timely manner.","li>Execute trade initiatives within budget and on schedule.","li>Identify and develop new customers to expand distribution reach.","li>Lead regular meetings with distributors, equip staff with necessary sales skills, and assist with client training as required.","h3>Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
","ul>At least 5 years of experience in distributor management operations and key accounts management in a Pharmaceutical/Medical or FMCG company.","li>Experience in driving online sales and handling E-Commerce distributors.","li>At least 3 years in consumer/trade marketing involving close work with retailers.","li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.","li>Strong project management skills.","li>Excellent interpersonal skills.","h3>CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will exhibit:
