About the role

Huawei is seeking a talented Channel Finance professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial aspects of our extensive distribution channels, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

· Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Liaising contracts with bank partners for different promotions

· Seeking clearance/approval for any key visuals/comms for any special promos

· Act as the main PIC for channel incentive concerns

· Reconcile accounts with different dealers

· Computation of monthly AR collection KPI for service stores

· Maintaining ledgers, submitting settlements (AP) in the system

· Overseeing settlement team's progress of all channel incentives need to be settled

What we're looking for

  • 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, ideally within a technology or distribution-focused organization

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis

  • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Graduate of Finance/business course

  • Experience of 1-2 years in finance / accounting

  • Good communication & negotiation skills, both oral and verbal

  • Attention to details

  • Excellent time management

  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision

  • Proactive mindset, teachable and quick learner
