Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of activities during proposal and EOI preparation, compiling, editing, and proofreading EOIs/Proposals, reviewing and revising documents, determining the scope and timeline of EOIs/Proposal development, and coordinating with others to ensure contributors provide information on time to the required standard and to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of best practices in EOI/Proposal development, experience in EOI/Proposal development for projects, and understanding of different societies and cultures within the Division's geographic footprint.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Appropriate professional qualifications
  • Experience with SMEC procedures and systems, preferably with experience in the Division's geographic footprint
  • At least five (5) years solid experience in preparing proposals for infrastructure projects for international financial institutions
  • Excellent written and spoken English; ability to understand EOI/Proposal requirements and deliver high-quality EOI/Proposal content
  • Knowledge of best practices in EOI/Proposal development and proactive learning orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member; team- and action-oriented; proactive in prioritizing workload
