  • Ensure a seamless flow of activities during proposal and EOI preparation, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality submissions.">">
  • Compile, edit, and proofread EOIs/Proposals, incorporating technical input from technical managers to ensure professional presentation.">">
  • Review and revise documents, including CVs and PDSs, prepared by others, ensuring they meet client requirements.">">
  • Determine the scope and timeline of EOIs/Proposal development, coordinating with contributors to deliver accurate information on time.">
  • Develop knowledge of the business, its products, and services by reviewing previous bid documents and tapping into functional groups' expertise.">">
  • Establish standard templates and maintain a repository for document storage and reference materials, including example projects and best practice EOIs/Proposals.">">
  • Update project experience tables and matrices and follow up on the preparation of project data sheets for new projects.">">
  • Build a photo library for use in proposal text.">
  • Develop desktop publishing capabilities for proposal covers, promotional materials, and other documents as required.">
  • Keep all parties informed about progress, status, and outcome of EOIs/Proposals.">">
  • Prepare monthly reports on win/loss ratios, cost of proposals, sector and office costs, and other reports as necessary.">
  • Assist in researching partners and associates as necessary and make recommendations regarding establishment, monitoring, and improving systems and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Appropriate professional qualifications.">
  • Experience in SMEC procedures and systems, preferably within the Division's geographic footprint.">
  • At least five years' solid experience in preparing proposals for infrastructure projects for international financial institutions (e.g., ADB, World Bank).">
  • Excellent written English skills, combined with the ability to understand EOI/Proposal requirements.">
  • Knowledge of best practices in EOI/Proposal development and proactive learning.">
  • Demonstrated experience in EOI/Proposal development for projects and understanding of different cultures within the Division's geographic footprint.">
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Team-oriented, proactive in prioritizing workload.">
  • Ability to work with other teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to deliver work under tight deadlines and handle heavier work pressure.">
  • Proficient in MS Office software to produce professional-looking documents.">
  • Desire and willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
