Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our growing demand for quality international care workers and nurses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with global standards and partner requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit international healthcare workers including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments.
  • Coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams for seamless candidate processing.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets.
  • Support marketing campaigns for healthcare recruitment.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical or healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is an advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
