We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in international healthcare recruitment to support our growing demand for quality care workers and nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments for qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams for seamless candidate processing.
  • Ensure candidates meet partner-specific qualifications and country-specific compliance.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets.
  • Support marketing campaigns for healthcare recruitment.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
