Key Account Development Role

The role of a Key Account Associate is pivotal in securing new business partnerships and driving revenue growth. This position demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients and nurture key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Secure at least 5 new business partnerships, each with a minimum of 2 branches.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various marketing channels.
  • Cultivate relationships through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to drive sales conversions.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Develop tailored offers and partnership onboarding schemes catering to each client's needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client concerns promptly and nurturing key accounts.
  • Maintain organized records and track client databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address partnership-related concerns and initiatives.
  • Organize events, including government partnerships.
