We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring a seamless experience through timely support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact business clients via email and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational, technical, or order-related problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions in CRM systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify recurring problems and escalate them to internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
  • Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and process enhancements to optimize support workflows and improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of customer service, account management, or operations experience (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude to deliver exceptional service.
  • Proficient in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) to manage client interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts or work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player who can also work independently and take initiative to drive results.
