Job Summary

The Dealer Coordinator role at Hunter's Hub Inc. is a key position responsible for collaborating with the company's dealers to enhance sales through the dealership channel. This involves managing training programs, providing marketing support and strategic advice, and overseeing incentive programs aimed at improving dealers' marketing performance and increasing sales of the bank's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and assist the Sales Team, or Sales Officer from loan signing to booking and timely inform concerns encountered for immediate resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments during loan processing and other related tasks such as documents for signing and submission.
  • Screen and ensure completeness of loan booking related documents prior to receiving from Dealer representative.
  • Review and scan accurate documents within a reasonable time prior to endorsing to Sales Assistant for seamless loan booking.
  • Understand and apply Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned from time-to-time.
Requirements
  • Marketing Related Course
  • With experience in sales (nice to have)
  • Knows how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
