Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Programmatic Manager/Ad Ops Manager to lead the lifecycle of client campaigns from conceptualization to execution. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in DSPs and SSPs, with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.

The successful candidate will own the full campaign lifecycle, from initial briefs to live deal setup, ensuring seamless activation, efficient scaling, and exceptional results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance optimization while maintaining margin protection.

  • Manage audience segments using AI-based platforms
  • Configure ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms
  • Execute QA checklists and secure internal sign-off
  • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Setup & Audience Build: Manage audience segments using AI-based platforms, build audience packages aligned to target segments, and generate PMP Deal IDs automatically
  • Technical Configuration & QA: Configure ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms, execute QA checklists, and secure internal sign-off
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting: Deploy deals into DSP seats, monitor for setup errors, and troubleshoot integration issues across DSPs and SSPs
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor live campaign metrics daily, produce performance reports, identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates, and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly
  • Margin Management: Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience
  • Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem
  • Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection
  • Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams
  • A passion for programmatic media and a commitment to continual growth
