Content Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled content specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital media division, you will play a vital role in rebuilding and maintaining various websites using SwiftFox templated themes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Rebuilding client websites using SwiftFox templated themes, ensuring they are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding.
  • Transforming existing site maps and content structures into modern, accessible layouts within the CMS.
  • Setting up and integrating member portals in Umbraco, linked to SwiftFox CRM.
  • Collaborating with the creative director to manage briefs and workload.
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects and communicating effectively with the team via Notion and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A strong eye for design and presentation with attention to detail.
  • Experience with web or CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred; training provided).
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with web content structures (site maps, navigation, accessibility).
  • Understanding of modern image and graphic formats (e.g., WebP, SVG) and their impact on performance.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, including responsive graphics and image optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving to adapt content into new formats.
