JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving the production of campaigns while ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery that realizes client vision and strengthens the agency's market position and differentiation. In addition to core production responsibilities, this role requires deep expertise in digital media — including programmatic, paid social, search, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing. The Digital Producer is expected to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution, optimization,
and reporting, ensuring both operational excellence and measurable performance outcomes. This dual capability positions the role as both a project leader and media expert, capable of bridging creative production with data-driven digital marketing execution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL STABILITY
• Ensure profitably via strategic cost estimates, and efficient expense planning per project
• Ideates additional execution points to develop project expansion revenue streams
• Negotiates third-party supplier rates
• Ensures timely processing of billing and collection
• Maintenance of subscriptions and accreditations
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• Proactively maps project feasibility and viability
• Drives cross-functional teams in delivering timely, and quality output while following standard lead times (SLTs), and
negotiating the best possible timings for priority projects
• Identifies issues and provides strategic and timely resolution
• Assists in the logistical delivery of the Accounts Team
PROCESS EXCELLENCE
• Plots project timings and ensures its strict adherence by monitoring milestones and anticipating delays
• Works closely with account managers (AMs) and is constantly involved in all communication between AM and client.

• Prepares job orders (JOs) for project delivery and ensures value-adding execution coming from AM's campaign brief
• Ensures inter-agency approval process is followed
• Liaises with cross functional business units and third party
• Coordinates and manages pool of third party service providers, including processing of requirements for payment and
project completion (ie NOA, BR, NDA, bank details, etc)
• Regularly updates the asset library for all accounts
MOTIVATION & LEARNING
• Ensures industry best practices, trends, and innovations are reflected in agency's project delivery
• Go-getter and self-learned. Abreast of trends, pop culture, technology, digital media, and marketing in general
• Attends trainings, seminars, and courses for training and development
MEDIA STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
• Develop and present end-to-end media strategies across programmatic, paid social, search, and influencer channels.
• Prepare comprehensive media plans with KPIs, timelines, and budget allocations.
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives for consistent visibility and ranking improvements.
• Analytics and reporting for Media Initiatives:
o Manage influencer collaborations from sourcing to final reporting.
o Conduct A/B testing, creative testing, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.
o Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
o Track ROI and KPIs across all platforms, presenting data-driven optimizations.
o Benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitive positioning
