
Southeast Asia Revenue Acceleration Manager

As a Revenue Growth Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our Southeast Asia operations. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
- Portfolio Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product and customer mix, ensuring alignment with market analysis and insights.
- Trade Fund Allocation: Shape trade fund allocation frameworks, define best practices, and support sales teams in creating Joint Business Plans.
- Promotional Leverage: Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of promotional levers, including pricing, visibility, and spending efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards to monitor and report on strategy effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial Strategy roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and familiarity with pricing/promotion analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
- Enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and its products
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
