Job Overview

As a key member of our revenue optimization team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective trade spend management and revenue performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize trade spend efficiency to maximize revenue gains.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue performance dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in revenue management or trade analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience working with syndicated and POS data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
  • Familiarity with trade promotion and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
