Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support via inbound and outbound calls, product demonstrations, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in startup environments and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts efficiently.

The role requires handling customer inquiries, conducting product demos, and providing troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
  • Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
