Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide technical support for CCTV, FDAS, access control, and other security systems.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and commissioning of security solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting of security products.
  • Support clients and internal teams with BOM creation, technical guidance and product training.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and service reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/principals for advanced technical assistance when needed.
  • Ensure timely support for premium clients and high-value projects.

Key Competencies:

Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, and other security systems, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot.

  • Problem-Solving Skills – Analytical thinking to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Service Orientation – Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and provide clear technical guidance.
