Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to expand our presence in APAC. This is a hunting role focused on acquiring new clients and building strong relationships to showcase how our SaaS solutions transform hospitality operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development, technology, and the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing market trends and opportunities in APAC, preparing targeted lead lists, and conducting proactive outreach to drive sales.

The Sales Manager will also identify and communicate potential partnership opportunities to our Partnerships team to strengthen our market position. Additionally, they will deliver impactful product demonstrations virtually and in person to show how we solve hospitality challenges.

  • Assess market trends and opportunities in APAC to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Prepare targeted lead lists and conduct proactive outreach, including high-volume cold-calling, to drive sales.
  • Identify and communicate potential partnership opportunities to our Partnerships team to strengthen our market position.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, virtually and in person, to show how we solve hospitality challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions to the hotel or hospitality industry within the APAC market.
  • Excitement for new technology with strong technical aptitude.
  • Proven expertise in outbound sales strategies, including cold-calling and network building.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and persuade potential clients.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A willingness to challenge the status quo and think creatively to drive success.
