Principal Project Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee projects at our customer experience centers.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage project documentation and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Documentation Management: Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive project records, leveraging tools like project management software and word processing applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, facilitating open communication and conflict resolution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and execute change management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Clearly articulate project requirements, status, and results to various levels of management and audiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in project management, leading deployments of medium to large-scale global projects.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading project teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and word processing software, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications.
