Virtual Case Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Virtual Case Manager with a leading education organization.

The successful candidate will be integral to the success of our organization, coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage intakes with families/students, coordinating instructors and tracking student progress.
  • Actively support Regional Operations in a virtual environment.
  • Provide academic services to students and their families, ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Meet operational excellence standards, operating seamlessly in a virtual setting.
  • Manage class schedules, staff sessions, and meet company efficiency targets.
  • Monitor student progress, help ensure flawless execution of programs, and manage your own time in compliance with company requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor, with ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
