Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.


Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present quotes to clients, comparing and reviewing options from multiple carriers, and entering information into our management system.
  • Develop Strong Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes.
  • Manage Existing Policies: Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs. Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements. Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Partner With Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities. Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Support Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions. Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Handle complex client issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner. Liaise with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to address client concerns.
Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts.
