Job Description

Client Success Operations Coordinators are the backbone of our Client Success team. They work closely with their counterparts to ensure smooth program execution, set up and maintain programs in Salesforce, create and edit landing pages in Unbounce, develop client-facing reports using Infogram, assist in preparing proposals and analyzing lists for proposal development, generate custom ad hoc reports as needed, and respond promptly to Client Success counterparts to ensure timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Set up and maintain programs in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Create and edit landing pages in Unbounce.
  • Develop client-facing reports using Infogram.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and analyzing lists for proposal development.
  • Generate custom ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Respond promptly to Client Success counterparts to ensure timely task completion.
Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented professionals with strong time management and multitasking abilities are ideal for this role. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is required, along with advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel. Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions are essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also necessary.
