Talent Development Specialist


Description

This role involves providing administrative support to HR and Management activities, assisting the department in reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing databases maintained by the department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare training materials according to a prescribed format.
  • Distribute training materials and teaching aids as required for each program.
  • Keep track of all training programs.
  • Ensure availability of equipment, venue, and facilities for internal training activities.
  • Respond to routine inquiries regarding courses, programs, and schedules.
  • Prepare correspondence with learners and learning partners across the organization and externally.
  • Prepare payment authorization forms and coordinate with the finance group for timely disbursement of payments and cash advances.

Training Facilitation

  • Facilitate the introduction portion during internal training programs.
  • Prepare a library of subject matter expert profiles to be used during introductions during programs.
  • Administer learning checks.

Administrative Support

  • Regularly update the database and extract information necessary for monitoring and improving HR processes and programs that increase employee engagement.
  • Provide analysis on training budget consumption and training provided by groups based on data extracted from the database.
  • Administer e-learning courses, monitor, and record in the database.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
