Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient achievement of Hub KPIs and supporting monitoring of hub performance.

In addition, you will create, review, and validate Hub reports, assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations, and implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.

You will also handle payment transactions and associated payment processes, coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams, and perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
  • Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
  • Continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
