
U.S. B2B Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects, qualifying 150-200 leads daily
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers in the B2B sector
- Develop and manage personalized follow-up sequences for over 5,400 contacts
- Collaborate with our team to refine outreach messaging and optimize sales engagement
- Maintain accurate records of activity, outcomes, and insights
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection handling
- Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools
