Job Overview

A seasoned Marketing Leader is sought after to spearhead marketing efforts in the hotel or hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategy and execution, comfortable advising senior stakeholders while driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to multiple hotel properties, driving direct booking and occupancy growth.
  • Design and manage impactful marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels, increasing brand awareness and bookings.
  • Optimise the company's online presence by overseeing website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare strategic proposals for campaign implementation.
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly KPI reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on sales and marketing opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
  • Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, mature, and confident when advising senior stakeholders.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that requires collaboration and transparency.

To ensure alignment, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings during core business hours.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings with the team.
