JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales and Marketing Admin provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and client engagement activities. This role helps coordinate internal communication, prepare reports, handle documentation, and assist in organizing promotional and guest-facing initiatives, playing a key role in enhancing the hotel's visibility and revenue performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Support

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients and business partners.
  • Coordinate with the reservations and front office team for group bookings, special arrangements, or corporate guests.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, and CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales reports, booking summaries, and revenue tracking data.

2. Marketing Support

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media posts).
  • Track campaign results and compile performance metrics.
  • Liaise with designers, suppliers, and external partners as needed.

3. Administrative Duties

  • Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and event calendars for the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, promotional materials, and client correspondence.
  • Assist in planning and executing site inspections and hotel tours for potential clients.
  • Support hotel events and sponsorships by handling logistics and follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • At least 0-1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality sales/marketing support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
