We are seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to join our team as a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bank's risk by monitoring risks, preparing reports for committees, and ensuring policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in managing Pillar risks - Data Analytics and Automation - within the Bank's defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
  • Identify, measure, and monitor key risks and their drivers across the organization.
  • Promote a strong risk culture and awareness throughout the Bank.
  • Provide timely and accurate risk reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework to ensure alignment with evolving risk profiles.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course, with at least 10 years of banking experience in senior leadership roles and enterprise-wide oversight. They should be skilled in engaging with executive stakeholders, including board-level presentations and strategic discussions.
