Join a dynamic team as a Business Risk and Planning Specialist.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist the AVP in business risk management, strategic planning, and performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, and management systems. A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required, along with good working knowledge of risk management frameworks and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the AVP in developing, implementing, and continuous improving AP-wide risk management governance
  • Developing and implementing risk management projects and process improvements
  • Customizing, implementing, and assessing the company's strategic and operational planning and organization performance management processes

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. If you have a passion for risk management and strategic planning, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, and management systems
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • Good working knowledge of risk management frameworks and standards (ISO 31000, ISO 27000, COSO)
  • Knowledge of business continuity management (BS25999/ISO 22301)
  • Power industry experience preferred

If you have any certifications related to risk management, that would be a plus
