Senior Electronics Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Test Engineer to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. As a key member of our production support group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Repair Technicians on complex technical issues related to electronics testing.
- Communicate daily with sub-contractors regarding component abnormalities.
- Provide technical support as needed, sharing knowledge and experience to drive product improvement.
- Collaborate with the production support team to enhance product quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interface with customer Engineering teams to resolve testing-related problems.
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement team to update software and hardware for improved testing and product quality.
- Promote collaboration with Process Engineering to optimize test processes and improve factory and field quality.
- Identify and resolve test-related defects to minimize defects per unit (DPU).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering.
- Highest Education Attainment: College Graduate.
Estimated Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 per month, based on industry standards and location (General Trias, Calabarzon). This figure is estimated considering the job requirements, industry standards, and cost of living in the area.
