Job Description
1. Directs and supervises work activities of inspectors in their assigned areas of responsibility.
2. Performs line checking to ensure conformance with specification and standards. Reports and
recommends corrective actions on found deviations/non-conformances.
3. Plans, organizes and schedules manpower to support production operation.

4. Conducts training and re-training of inspectors.
5. Calls and presides a meeting with the involved process engineers and manufacturing
supervisors to settle both internal and external quality issues.
6. Generate corrective action upon issuance of non-conformity report (NCR)/ one pager report
(OPR) and 7 full steps in compliance to the customer requirements.
7. Initiate improvement on areas affecting quality to minimize/reduce quality defect by analyzing
data and current processes.
8. Support Process engineer especially during BY-OFF.
9. Verifies and approved all fabricated production tools and jigs wherein marking/stamps is visible
prior to its use.
10.Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior.
