Job Matchmaker is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team. Located in General Trias, 4106 Calabarzon, this position offers a competitive salary of PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum.

About the Job

The Electronics Specialist will be responsible for assisting Repair Technicians with complex issues and communicating daily with SubconsPlatform regarding component abnormalities.

  • Assist Repair Technicians on hard trouble problems.
  • Communicate daily with SubconsPlatform for any component abnormality.
  • Provide technical support when needed and share knowledge based on experience.
  • Coordinate with production support group for product quality improvement.
  • Interface with customer Engineering team to resolve problems on In-Circuit and Functional/Final testing.
  • Work with Continuous Improvement team to update software/hardware for improved test and product quality.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering team to improve test processes for better factory and field quality.
  • Identify and resolve test-related defects to reduce defects per unit (DPU).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Communication Engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
